Valley Central Emergency Lab
Valley Central Emergency has a full service lab enabling us to perform a large variety of tests to quickly assess your pet's health and determine the best course of action in the treatment of your pet's illness.
We have two sets of blood analyzers to make sure that we are always able to process blood tests in an emergency situation.
Capabilities include: CBC, Full Chemistry profile, blood gases, electrolytes, lactate levels, Feline Leukemia Virus, Feline Immunodeficiency virus testing (FelV, FIV), Lyme disease, and other tick borne illnesses, canine pancreatic lipase, thyroid,cortisol and ammonia testing.
In addition, we utilize the services of a large outside reference lab for more advanced diagnostics on an as needed basis.
