Foreign body in a dog

Picture
The rock is the bright white structure seen. It was in the stomach.
This beagle from Bethlehem needed emergency surgery because it had eaten a rock and some garbage from the garbage can.  The items (rock, string, fabric) were successfully removed and he went home a day and a half later.

You know what they say about curiosity and cats! This cat came to Valley Central Emergency with a needle and thread stuck in his throat.  It was succesfully removed without surgery.
