Valley Central Emergency Veterinary Hospital is a privately funded hospital which must depend on patient fees for support. No governmental or grant support is available for our operation. In order to continue to offer the highest level of services, we must charge fees in accordance with the services rendered.

Owners having their pet admitted for evaluation or treatment will receive a detailed estimate of the total costs associated with the recommended treatment plan at the time of admission. Any needed changes in the treatment plan may affect the total cost of a patient's stay, and updates will be given as necessary. Predictions of any costs involved are purely estimates, although in all circumstances the estimate will be as accurate an assessment as possible.

Due to the emergency nature of our operation all fees are due at the time services are rendered, and we do not offer payment plans. Animals being seen will require an initial deposit of $150 at the time of examination by our staff veterinarian. An additional deposit may be required based upon the estimated cost of the recommended treatment plan prior to admission, and payment of any balance due is required at the time of discharge. Payment for most services may be in the form of cash, personal check, major credit card or Care Credit.
